This management trainee aims at developing and retaining the best quality graduates who will be future leaders and successors of our company. REQUIREMENTS

• Maximum 27 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Statistic, Mathematic, Accounting, Management ) IPK minimal 3,25.
• Having maximum 2 years experiences.
• Actively involved in organizational activities
• Good analytical thinking & high achiever
• Strong leadership skill
• We appreciate individuals who are well versed with the corporate environment who are dynamic & innovative in their work.
• Willing to be placed at Cakung and outside Java.
